L. Spencer Humphrey 

As a media, publishing, and licensing executive, Spencer is widely known and sought after for innovative publishing, brand building, product, property, and business development. 

She has overseen publishing divisions at The Walt Disney Company, Lyrick Studios (home of Barney and Wishbone, among others) and directed mass-market publishing for Scholastic Inc. She headed consumer products and promotions for The Bubble Factory, an independent film company in Los Angeles. She has been a licensor and licensee of some of the most influential brands for young people and, in her own company, she has consulted on business and creative development, created product lines, curriculum development innovative brand and retail marketing programs, and overseen licensing for clients such as Fisher-Price, Simon and Schuster, Kindermusik, Taffy Entertainment, Warner Bros. Consumer Products, The Walt Disney Company, Mattel, Universal Studios, Penguin Putnam Publishing, HealthNet HMO, Saban Entertainment, Raggs, Danger Rangers, Knowledge Kids Network,  The Trinity School, Zula Patrol, Shine Bright Kids, and many others. 

A leader in the world of children's publishing and media, Spencer has long-term working relationships with influential colleagues in the United States and around the globe. This sophisticated network provides a knowledge- and client-base, as well as a significant source of human resources for Rocky Hill Group. The business model for the Group's client services sector allows Spencer to customize teams of experts when necessary. RHG connects clients to solutions that grow outreach, awareness, and revenue.

Spencer’s personal philanthropic focus is literacy and education. She is a long-term and proud member of the board of First Book, and has served on the Advisory Board of LA’s Best (a ground-breaking after-school program).
